Hi, I’m Nora Smyer, the owner and pilot behind Yavapai Sky Drone Services. I’m a Prescott native and have always enjoyed the outdoors and the unique landscapes that make Northern Arizona home.

My interest in drones grew into a career when I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Aerospace Science, with a concentration in Unmanned Aircraft Systems. I love the combination of technology, flying, and hands-on work that comes with operating a drone.

Today, I provide aerial photography, inspections, mapping, and other drone services for properties and projects throughout the area. Whether I’m photographing a home, documenting construction progress, or capturing a place from a new perspective, I enjoy creating imagery that is both useful and visually compelling.

I started Yavapai Sky because I wanted to build something of my own while doing work I genuinely enjoy, right here in the community.

If you have a project in mind or want to learn more about how drones can help, I’d love to hear from you. I look forward to working with you!
